Proud Parents

I am a happy wife with a loving husband. I have three adorable, sweet, and energetic children. Our intention with each day is to serve the Lord. Our blessings are numerous.

All the kids in front of Grandave's scaled down tree. He usually has one twice as wide and tall. The change was not noticed by my kids. They love all of his moving ornaments. Especially the train track that circles the tree - it's half way up the tree. We always have a great time in Albuquerque with my parents. It's a nice break for us. The kids also love seeing uncle Jason.

"Tuba"

Nana and Dean all bundled up watching us intertube.

We drove up the snowy mountain to go tubing today. We had a few adventures along the way. The backpack with the kids gloves and diapers was left behind. Nana had extra gloves in her car - but extra diapers were no where to be found. So when Dean did his thing - We dumped it - then reused the diaper!! When our tubes didn't air up - a kind stranger let us use a couple of his. Even with all that - It was great fun!
Me and Andie just after our first run! She giggled all the way down.
Evan and Trey tubing - or as Evan calls it "Tuba". "I love tuba Daddy."

"Christmas" with Nana & Grandave

We got to spend this weekend in Albuquerque with my parents. It takes most of the day to drive. But that didn't stop the kids from opening their presents as soon as we arrived. You can imagine their excitement...so pictured is the wind down time on their grandparents bed reading books.

Iced In!!!

We have been iced in for the past three days. Trey has been able to go to work - but it's too risky for me to take the kids out. Church was even cancelled today. I have been trying to keep the kids busy with lots of activities. I thought it was pretty cute when I found Evan and Dean sleeping like this. It was only the middle of the morning - guess I wore them out. You see Andie pictured during one of our many baths. The kids love bath time - so we have taken several to help pass the time.

It's been awhile since I have upated the blog due to the holidays. I was glad to see many of you fellow bloggers look as busy as we are.

Trey and I got to celebrate New Year's in a fun way this year. We played couples bunco with my bunco group. We had all of our husbands join us - plus a few extra people. 24 in all played. It was so fun. Trey and I have known each other 5 years and this was the first New Year's that we stayed up past midnight....we're growing up!
